Congratulations, you have been assigned a Honeit phone number. You can now call and text candidates through Honeit and forward them to your personal mobile number.
Candidates can also call your Honeit phone number as long as call forwarding is set up. You’ll receive the call on whichever number you’ve forwarded it to.
**Please note that incoming calls are not recorded, so if you’d like the conversation to be recorded, you’ll need to call the candidate back through Honeit.
Don't have a Honeit number? Request one by emailing us at support@honeit.com. Please note that phone numbers are currently only available for US and Canada.
How to view your Honeit Phone number
Navigate to Profile → Settings
You will see your Honeit Phone number listed at the top
How to set up call and text forwarding
Navigate to your Profile
Enter your mobile phone number
Enable text message notifications. This will forward text messages sent your Honeit number to your mobile number.
Next, click "Set your notification, call forwarding and caller ID preferences"
Enable call forwarding by toggling on the setting. The mobile number you entered in your profile will be used to forward calls made to your Honeit number.
How to set up Caller ID
Honeit allows you to use your personal phone number as a caller ID when making calls using your Honeit phone number. Using a familiar number your candidates may recognize can significantly improve answer rates. *(Limited to US/Canada only)
Verifying your phone number only takes a moment and will allow Honeit to use it as your caller ID when calling candidates. Here's how:
Click "Display your personal phone number as the caller ID when making outbound calls using your Honeit phone number."
Enter the phone number you want to display when making outbound calls using your Honeit phone number.
Click 'Verify'
Honeit will call you to validate this number.
