How to Attach a Candidate Resume

You can attach a resume to a candidate in three ways.

1. Require a resume at scheduling (before the call)

Add a resume attachment as a custom field on your scheduling link. Candidates upload their CV when they book, so it is attached before the call even happens. Learn how to add custom fields to your scheduling links here.

2. Upload through the contact record (before the call)

Open the candidate's contact record by clicking their name. Under Files, upload the CV. Anything attached here before the call carries into the candidate presentation automatically.

3. Add it through the presentation link (after the call)

Already built the presentation and missing the CV? Open the presentation link and select Customize. Edit the link, scroll down to Attachments, attach the file, then click Save. Your presentation updates with the resume attached.
