Sometimes you load the wrong call guide, or realize mid-interview that a candidate is a better fit for a different role. You can now switch to a different call guide at any point during a live interview without losing any of your work.
Here's how
During your interview, click Call Guide🖋️button in the top right corner of the interview screen.
A dialog will appear showing your available call guides. Search or select the one you want.
The new call guide will load immediately.
What happens to your data
Nothing is lost. Here is exactly what to expect after switching:
Questions: Any questions you already asked and any in-call additions you made will stay in place. Unasked questions from the original guide will be replaced by the questions from the newly selected guide.
Notepad: If the new call guide has preloaded notes attached, those will be appended to your notepad. Any notes you already typed will remain exactly as you left them.
Clips: All clips captured before the switch stay attached to the interview. New clips captured after the switch are added to the same record.
No data is overwritten. Everything builds on top of what was already there.
When to use this
You loaded the wrong call guide by mistake
The candidate is a better fit for a different role
You want to use a guide with questions better suited to the conversation
Note: Switching call guides is also available during non-recorded cold calls when you are manually logging answers.
