How the Honeit-Lever integration works

Did you know that Honeit now integrates with Lever? Get a quick overview here!

Sync your Lever account with Honeit to ensure seamless candidate data sharing between the two platforms.

Please note that this is currently a one-way integration; from Honeit to Lever. You cannot export data from Lever to Honeit at this time.

How to sync Honeit to Lever:

From your Honeit dashboard, locate and click on the "Integrations" option, which can be found within the drop-down menu under your profile.

Enter the email address associated with your Lever account and click "Connect to Lever."

Set your integration settings:

  • Automatically export candidate and call data when a call has completed (optional).

    • A new candidate will be created in Lever if one does not already exist. Existing candidate data in Lever will not be overwritten. If you do not enable this options, you will have to export candidate info to Lever manually from Honeit.

  • Select a stage to associate Honeit Interviews with. For example, if you are only conducting candidate screens, choose Recruiter Phone Screen.

How to manually export candidate data from Honeit to Lever

If you've opted out of the auto-export option in your integration settings, you can choose to manually export data after your call.

Navigate to the call details page. click "Export Call" then choose Lever.

If the contact already exists in your Lever account, you will have the option to update the candidate and move them to the Recruiter Phone Screen.

How Integration Works: Viewing data in Lever

If a candidate already exists in your system based on their email address, their information will be updated. Otherwise, a new candidate profile will be created.

Candidate information, call details, interview transcripts, summaries, resumes and skill tags are all exported to Lever.
