Did you know that you can talk to Hiring Managers using Honeit and bring Job Descriptions to life in seconds?

Here's How:

After conducting an intake call with a hiring manager, click "Create Presentation" and choose the "Create Presentation Link" option. This will guide you through customizing your presentation and toggling on the "Job Preview" option.

Choose Workspace and Audio Highlights: (if applicable)

Workspace Branding: If applicable, choose the Workspace branding that you want to use for your Job Preview from the picklist.

Select Call(s): If you've had multiple calls with a specific contact, these will be accessible from a dropdown menu for selection. You have the flexibility to select multiple calls and opt for specific audio files to include in the Job Preview.

Audio Highlights:

Choose the audio clips that you want to include in your public-facing Job Preview.

β›” Do not include audio clips that are meant for internal audiences or contain sensitive information that you do not want to share publicly.

Summary:

Paste the Job Description pertaining to the intake call into the Summary box. You can customize it using the rich text elements and even embed images or videos.

Customizable Options:

Attachments: Attach relevant documents such as a Job Description (optional)

Current Title: Title of the Hiring Manager (ex: VP of Sales)

Location: Location of the role from the Job Description

Social Links: Social links of the company (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc)

Skill Tags: Key skills you are looking for in a candidate for this role

Heading: This is the heading for the Job Preview such as "Meet the Hiring Manager"

Highlight and Transcripts: Choose to display either audio summaries or transcripts. We recommend using summaries instead of transcripts.

Expiration: Choose an expiration

Privacy: Make private or password protected (not recommended for public sharing)

Job Preview Setting: Toggle ON the Job Preview setting

Signature: Your signature is automatically included in the Job Preview unless it is toggled off.

Call to Action: Customizable label and URL that you want candidates directed to such as a careers page or direct URL of the job.
