Candidate Hasn’t Joined the Call?
Sometimes candidates may think you're calling them directly. If the candidate hasn’t joined a Honeit call after a few minutes, you have the option to call them directly from the platform.
Once you've joined the call and are waiting for the other party to connect:
Click “Call Direct”
If a phone number is already saved in the candidate's contact info, it will automatically populate.
If not, you can manually type in the number.
Once the candidate answers, the recording will automatically begin.
Proceed with the interview as usual. The conversation will be captured and transcribed just like a standard Honeit call.
