The Activity Log is a running record of every notification Honeit sent a candidate. Anytime a call is scheduled, a text or email goes out, or a call is canceled, rescheduled, or completed, it gets logged here. If you ever need to confirm what correspondence a candidate received and when, this is where to look.
What the Activity Log shows
The Activity Log captures the notification history for a single candidate. Each entry is one event, listed newest first, with a timestamp and a short description of what happened.
Events you will see include:
SMS notification sent to the candidate
Call Scheduled
Email sent to the candidate
Requested to Reschedule Call
Call Completed
Call canceled or rescheduled
Think of it as the paper trail for everything Honeit sent the candidate on your behalf.
Where to find it
You can open the Activity Log from two places. Both use the same activity icon (the pulse symbol).
1. From the candidate profile. Open the candidate record and look in the top right toolbar. Click the activity icon to view the notification history.
2. From the call details page. On any completed or scheduled call, click the activity icon below the candidate's name to view the notification history.
