Super Admin Functions in Honeit

This article outlines the capabilities of Super Admins in Honeit. Super Admins have the highest level of access within an account. They can do everything a regular Admin can do plus additional actions that provide full visibility and control across the platform.

Please contact support@honeit.com if you need Super Admin permissions. We can update your account designation if appropriate.



As a Super Admin, you can:

  • Access All Contacts and Calls

    • View every contact across the account, regardless of ownership or whether they’re shared.

    • Access all calls associated with each contact.

  • Create or Edit Candidate Presentations for Any Contact

    • Create or edit any candidate presentation, even if it doesn’t belong to you.

      • To edit: Go to the contact’s name → Presentation Links tab → open the presentation → make edits → Save.

      • To create a new one: Go to Calls → select the call → follow the presentation creation steps.

  • View and Manage All Projects

    • Under Projects, click Manage Team Projects.

    • Access all projects, adjust project settings, change project ownership, and archive old projects.

  • Manage Workspaces (if applicable)

    • Under the Admin menu, click Team Workspaces.

    • View and edit all Workspaces across the account, regardless of ownership.

  • Manage Call Guides

    • Remove call guides from the team library as needed.

  • Cancel, Schedule, or Reassign Calls Across Your Team

    • Under the Admin tab, click Delegate Scheduler.

    • Cancel, schedule, or reassign calls for any user on your team.

  • Update Company Branding

    • Change your company branding under Company Settings.
