How to quick-schedule a call without having to switch between Workspaces.
Click "Schedule a Call"
Choose the Workspace for which you want to schedule a call for from the picklist.
Enter contact information, date and time of the call.
Once the call is scheduled, it will be visible under "Scheduled Calls" across ALL of your Workspaces.
The contact will be saved in two Workspaces:
Your default Workspace (main account)
Under the Workspace used to schedule the call
How to use scheduling links across Workspaces
Each Workspace has a customizable scheduling link with company branding and logos.
First, navigate to the Workspace you want to use.
Click "Scheduling" and click on "Scheduling Link" to copy and share.
Once the call is scheduled, it will be visible under "Scheduled Calls" across ALL of your Workspaces.
The contact will be saved in two Workspaces:
Your default Workspace (main account)
Under the Workspace used to schedule the call
How to use project scheduling links across Workspaces
Each Workspace is equipped with it's own library of projects. Once created, they belong to the Workspace under which they are created and can also be seen and accessed under your default Workspace.
Project Scheduling links use the branding of the Workspace they belong to.
Here is an example of a scheduling link for Sr. Java Backend Engineer role in my ADP Workspace.
Project scheduling links can be customized and shared just like any other scheduling link in Honeit.
Projects belonging to individual Workspaces can be identified by the Workspace logo in your default account. For example, the red logo indicates that Sr. Java Backend Engineer belongs to the ADP Workspace.
When a candidate books a call using a project scheduling link, their contact information will be stored under that specific project.
