Not sure what questions to ask in an interview? Honeit makes it easy to create call guides from a job description and intake notes.
Here's How:
In your Honeit dashboard, go to the "Manage," "Call Guides."
Click on the green "Generate" button. 🪄
Paste the Job Description into the text field.
Set the number of behavioral, cultural, technical, and industry questions that you would like to generate. You can also set the number of skill tags to be created (optional).
Once the call guide is generated, it will be saved as a draft to your library. You can edit, remove or add to these questions to suit your needs.
Once you are happy with your call guide, rename and save it.
It is now ready to be used for interviews!
