Receive Call Summaries by Email

After you've conducted a call, Honeit now sends a summary of it straight to your inbox. No need to log back in to check your notes. Your key takeaways are there when you need them.

Note: The email is only triggered when Auto-summarize Calls is enabled. If you manually summarize a call after the fact by clicking the Summarize button, the email notification will not be sent.

How it works

Once a call ends and the AI summary is ready, Honeit sends an email notification to the interviewer/host only. No other attendees or participants receive this email.

This applies to all calls where AI is active on your account, including calls with the Honeit Notetaker.

Turning the email off

This setting is on by default. To turn it off:

  1. Go to User Settings

  2. Click the AI Preferences tab

  3. Toggle Email when AI call summary is ready to off

Turning this off means you will no longer receive email notifications when summaries are ready. Your summaries will still be generated and available in Honeit.

What's included in the email

The email includes an overall summary of the call and the topics discussed. Click Open Call Summary to view the full summary in Honeit.
