By default, Honeit displays the video feed on the left side of the screen during interviews. If you’d like to move the video feed closer to the center, so you can better engage with the candidate and maintain eye contact with your camera, you can use your browser’s built-in Picture-in-Picture feature.

Steps (Example: Google Chrome on Windows):

  1. Right-click on the video feed.

  2. In the context menu, select “Picture in picture.”

  3. The video will pop out into a floating window that stays on top.

  4. You can drag the window anywhere on your screen, center it near your camera to maintain natural eye contact while viewing your Honeit dashboard.

  5. When you're done, simply click “Back to tab” in the floating video window to restore the original layout.

Notes:

  • The screenshot above shows Google Chrome on Windows OS.

  • Your browser or device may look slightly different.

  • This feature works in most modern browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Brave, but Safari and Firefox may vary.
