How to Use the AI-Powered Email Generator to Submit Candidates

Our AI-powered email generator is designed to streamline your communication process, allowing you to submit candidates to hiring teams efficiently. Follow the steps below to use this feature:

  1. Create a Candidate Presentation

    Start by creating a detailed candidate presentation. Ensure all relevant information about the candidate is included to make your email comprehensive and informative.

  2. Click the Green "AI Email" Button

    Once your candidate presentation is ready, locate and click the green AI Email button. This will initiate the process of generating your email.

  3. Click "Generate Message"

    After clicking the AI Email button, you will see an option to "Generate Message." Click this to proceed to the next step.

  4. Choose a Tone for Your Email

    Select the desired tone for your email from the available options. You can choose from a variety of tones, such as business casual or formal, depending on the context and audience.

  5. Enter the Recipient's Email Addresses

    Enter the email addresses of the recipient(s) to whom you want to send the candidate presentation. Ensure the email addresses are correct to avoid any delivery issues.

  6. CC Yourself

    Click the cc option at the bottom right corner to send yourself a copy of the email.

  7. Send the Email and Receive Feedback

    Emails will be sent from Honeit. Any responses to these emails will be forwarded directly to you, ensuring you stay informed and can follow up as needed.

Please note that your name and company information will be automatically inserted when the email is sent.
