How to Use the AI-Powered Email Generator to Submit Candidates

Create a Candidate Presentation

Start by creating a detailed candidate presentation. Ensure all relevant information about the candidate is included to make your email comprehensive and informative.

Click the Green "AI Email" Button

Once your candidate presentation is ready, locate and click the green AI Email button. This will initiate the process of generating your email.

Click "Generate Message"

After clicking the AI Email button, you will see an option to "Generate Message." Click this to proceed to the next step.

Choose a Tone for Your Email

Select the desired tone for your email from the available options. You can choose from a variety of tones, such as business casual or formal, depending on the context and audience.

Enter the Recipient's Email Addresses

Enter the email addresses of the recipient(s) to whom you want to send the candidate presentation. Ensure the email addresses are correct to avoid any delivery issues. **Please note that using this option will send the email from Honeit.

If you prefer to use your own email address, you can select the Copy option and simply paste it into a new message in your own email client (e.g., Outlook or Gmail). This allows you to fully personalize the email, maintain your usual sender address, and still share the same candidate presentation link.

CC Yourself

Click the cc option at the bottom right corner to send yourself a copy of the email.

Send the Email and Receive Feedback

Emails will be sent from Honeit. Any responses to these emails will be forwarded directly to you, ensuring you stay informed and can follow up as needed.
