This article covers Honeit's in-app notifications, the bell icon inside Honeit that alerts you to activity in real time. It's separate from email or text message notifications you may also receive.
Hot Tip: You can jump straight to the full notifications page anytime by adding /notifications to the end of your Honeit URL while logged in.
Where to find it
Click the bell icon in the top right of any page. A red badge shows how many unread notifications you have. Clicking it opens a preview of your most recent notifications.
What you'll see
Each notification tells you what happened, when, and links you straight to it. A few examples:
Your presentation link has been viewed multiple times — see who's engaging with a presentation you shared, with a link straight to it.
Your uploaded call is ready — jump to the recording as soon as it's done processing.
Your presentation link has received feedback — read what was said, right away.
[Name] sent you a message — open the conversation without leaving what you're doing.
From the preview, you can:
Click Mark all as read to clear your unread count.
Click the x on any notification to dismiss it.
Turn on Enable notification sound so new activity doesn't slip by.
Click View all notifications to open the full notifications page.
The full notifications page
Click View all notifications for your complete history. From there you can:
Switch between All, Unread, and Dismissed to find what you need.
Filter by Type — narrow down to Call Guide Events, Call Recording Events, Integration Events, Message Events, or Presentation Link Events, down to the specific event (like "Presentation viewed" or "Recording upload ready").
Scroll through notifications grouped by date, most recent first.
Hot Tip: You can jump straight to the full notifications page anytime by adding /notifications to the end of your Honeit URL while logged in.
