How to share an entire call

Written by Ezgi Bilici

Sometimes a single clip isn't enough. Maybe a hiring manager wants to hear the full conversation, or you need to share the whole interview for compliance, training or audit purposes. Instead of pulling individual highlights, you can create one highlight that covers the entire call and share it just like any other.

The full call captures everyone who was on the call, including you. Make sure you're comfortable sharing your own voice and any side conversation or small talk before sending.

When to use this

A few common scenarios:

  • Hiring manager wants the full context. They want to hear the candidate in their own words from start to finish, not just the curated highlights.

  • Compliance or audit purposes. Your team needs the complete interview on file.

  • Training and calibration. You want to share a strong (or tricky) interview with newer interviewers so they can learn from a real call.

  • Second opinions. A peer wants to weigh in on a candidate and prefers to listen to the whole conversation rather than just clips.

How to create a full call highlight

1. Open the call details page. From your calls list, click into the interview you want to share.

2. Click + Create Highlight. You'll see this option above the Call Highlights section.

3. Set the start time to 00:00. This is the very beginning of the recording.

4. Set the end time to the full length of the call. You can see the total call length at the top right of the audio waveform (in the screenshot below, it's 21:34).

5. Name your highlight. Something like "Full Call" works well so it's easy to spot in the list.

Sharing the full call

Once your full call highlight exists, you can share it the same way you'd share any other highlight as a presentation.

Two things to keep in mind:

  • You don't need to add any other highlights to the presentation. The full call already includes the entire interview, so adding individual clips on top would mean overlapping audio.

  • The full call captures everyone who was on the call, including you. Make sure you're comfortable sharing your own voice and any side conversation or small talk before sending.
