Here's how:
To create a presentation with multiple candidates from a project or contact list:
Select the candidates by clicking the checkboxes next to their names
Click “Create Presentation”
For each link, choose what you'd like to include — such as interview soundbites, notes, or documents

Customize each candidate in your presentation
After clicking “Create Presentation,” you’ll be taken to the presentation builder where you can customize what’s shown for each candidate.
On the left-hand side, you’ll see all selected candidates listed
Click on each candidate to configure their individual presentation
For each candidate, you can:
Select which interview highlights (soundbites) to include
Edit or refine the summary
Add or remove attachments (e.g., resumes or documents)
Adjust what information is visible (name, image, etc.)
Repeat this process for each candidate to tailor the presentation exactly how you want it.
Finalize and share
Once you’ve customized all candidates:
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click “Save” to generate your presentation link
Your presentation will include all selected candidates in a single link.
When you share the link:
Viewers can easily switch between candidates by clicking the profile images at the top
No login is required — they can simply open the link and explore each candidate
