How Integration Works: What & Where you see data in Greenhouse
When a call is scheduled in Honeit, the candidate's contact info will automatically be exported to Greenhouse. Here's what gets exported:
candidate name
email
phone number
social links
resume (in GH, this is stored under "Application → Documents")
skill tags
When Honeit exports a contact to Greenhouse, it is automatically documented in the "Activity Feed" and the "Notes" section of the candidate profile.
Where to find candidates exported from Honeit in Greenhouse
Candidates are exported to Greenhouse as "Prospects." List of prospects can be seen by filtering the "Application Type" field in your dashboard.
How to convert prospects into candidates
In order to assign your contacts jobs, you must first convert prospects into candidates.
Click the name of a prospect, then choose "Convert to a Candidate." You can also opt to "bulk convert" multiple prospects.
Select the Job and Job Stage to assign your new candidate.
How to search for contacts in Greenhouse using the Honeit tag
Each contact exported from Honeit is assigned the tag "Honeit" in Greenhouse.
Candidates and Prospects can be searched using the "Candidate Tag" field under "Profile Details." This allows users to quickly find all contacts that have been exported from Honeit.
The example below demonstrates a search for "Candidates and Prospects" with the tag "Honeit."
Viewing Honeit call information in candidate profiles
After a call is completed through Honeit, details of the call will be automatically exported to candidate's activity feed. This includes multiple calls with the same candidate.
