How to connect Loxo ATS to your Honeit account.

Did you know that Honeit now integrates with Loxo? Get a quick overview here!

Sync your Loxo account with Honeit to ensure seamless candidate data sharing between the two platforms.

Please note that this is currently a one-way integration; from Honeit to Loxo. You cannot export data from Loxo to Honeit at this time.

How to sync Honeit to Loxo:

From your Honeit dashboard, locate and click on the "Integrations" option, which can be found within the drop-down menu under your profile.

You will need to enter a Loxo Agency and API Key to sync your accounts.

The following steps will guide you in retrieving this information.

***Please note that the following settings are usually only accessible by Admins and we suggest working with your administrator to retrieve this info.

Retrieving your Loxo Agency Key:

Navigate to your "Careers Page" in Loxo.

This will take you to your Jobs page. Note the slug of this URL (text that comes after "/" ) This will most likely be the name of your company. This is your agency key.

Below is an example of our account. In this case, our agency key is simply: honeit

Creating an API Key in Loxo:

In Loxo, go to "Settings" β†’ "API Keys."

Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner of your screen.

This will create a new API Key. You may see older keys as well but only the new key will be fully visible.

Double-Click into the new API Key and Copy the new code. Paste it somewhere safe if you plan on accessing or sharing it in the future.

Go back to your Honeit Integrations settings and paste this into the "Enter Loxo API Key" field then click "Connect to Loxo."

These credentials can be shared across all Honeit/Loxo users in your organization.

Set your integration settings to auto-export data to Loxo.

If you do not enable these options, you will have to export candidate info to Loxo manually from Honeit.

  • Enable the "Auto-export candidate and call data when call has completed" option to automatically upload the candidate's information after every completed interview.

  • Enable the "Export contact when a call is scheduled" option to automatically upload the candidate's information as soon as an interview is scheduled by a candidate.

How to Manually Export Candidate information from Honeit to Loxo

If you've opted out of the auto-export settings in your integration, you can choose to manually export contact/candidate information or call details.

From the candidate profile, click the Loxo logo.

This will export candidate name, email, phone number, location, resume and skill tags.

From the call page, click "Export Call" then choose Loxo.

How Integration Works: What & Where you see data in Loxo

If a candidate already exists in your system based on their email address, their information will be updated. Otherwise, a new candidate profile will be created. Below is an example of a new candidate profile created via Honeit sync.

When candidate info and call details are exported to Loxo, they are stored in specific places. Below is a guide to how we map data from Honeit to Loxo.

Date/time of the interview and the interview link is stored in the candidate's activity feed.

Candidate's resume and the document containing interview transcript/summaries are stored under Attachments.
