Please note that this is currently a one-way integration; from Honeit to Loxo. You cannot export data from Loxo to Honeit at this time.

How to sync Honeit to Loxo:
From your Honeit dashboard, locate and click on the "Integrations" option, which can be found within the drop-down menu under your profile.
You will need to enter a Loxo Agency Slug and API Key to sync your accounts.
The following steps will guide you in retrieving this information.
***Please note that the following settings are usually only accessible by Admins and we suggest working with your administrator to retrieve this info.
Retrieving your Loxo Agency Slug:
Navigate to your "Careers Page" in Loxo.
This will take you to your Jobs page. Note the slug of this URL (text that comes after "/" ) This will most likely be the name of your company. This is your Loxo Agency Slug.
Below is an example of our account. In this case, our agency key is simply: honeit
Creating an API Key in Loxo:
In Loxo, go to "Settings" → "API Keys."
Click the "Create" button in the upper right corner of your screen.
This will create a new API Key. Name this key "Honeit" so that you know which integration it belongs to.
Copy the API key. Paste it somewhere safe if you plan on accessing or sharing it in the future.
Connect Loxo to Greenhouse via API Key
Log into Honeit and navigate to "Integrations" under your profile.
Enter your agency slug and paste the API key into the "Loxo API Key" field then click "Submit."
These credentials can be shared across all Honeit/Loxo users in your organization.
Choose your export settings.
Once the integration is established, Click Edit and choose your export settings.
Automatic option will auto-export candidate and interview data from Honeit into Loxo.
Manual option requires users to use the export to Loxo buttons to push candidate and interview data from Honeit into Loxo.
How to Manually Export Candidate information from Honeit to Loxo
If you've opted out of the auto-export settings in your integration, you can choose to manually export contact/candidate information or call details.
From the candidate profile, click "Export Contact Details" and choose Loxo.
This will export candidate name, email, phone number, location, resume and skill tags.
From the Call's tab, click "Export Call Details" then choose Loxo.
From the Call details page, click "Export" then choose Loxo.
How Integration Works: What & Where you see data in Loxo
If a candidate already exists in your system based on their email address, their information will be updated. Otherwise, a new candidate profile will be created. Below is an example of a new candidate profile created via Honeit sync.
When candidate info and call details are exported to Loxo, they are stored in specific places. Below is a guide to how we map data from Honeit to Loxo.
Details of Honeit interviews are stored in the candidate's activity feed.
Candidate's resume and the document containing interview transcript/summaries are stored under Attachments.
