Dear valued Honeit users,

We want to ensure the best experience for all of our users, and we've identified some important information regarding the recent macOS Sonoma (14.0) update that may affect your Honeit calling experience. Users who have updated to macOS Sonoma may encounter the following call quality issues:

  • Clipping audio and quality degradation

  • Audio dropping in and out

  • Call latency (delays) or other network-related issues

Additionally, macOS Sonoma introduces a new "voice isolation" feature, which can lead to problems such as truncated audio when enabled.

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend disabling this feature temporarily. For optimal performance, we also suggest using the Firefox browser whenever possible. In light of these issues, we are currently advising our customers to hold off on upgrading to macOS Sonoma (14.0) until this incident is fully resolved.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a seamless Honeit experience.

Thank you for being a part of the Honeit community. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Best regards,

Honeit Support Team
