Not sure whether your upcoming interview is set to audio or video? You can check and update these settings directly from the scheduled call before the interview begins.
Go to Scheduled Calls
Find the interview and click on "View Call Details"
Use the toggles on the right-hand side to turn video on or off
PS. These steps apply to individual calls. To set your default audio or video preference for all interviews, update this under "User Settings."
