User Analytics and Call Statistics

How to view and understand your usage.

Honeit gives every user access to their own call statistics so you can track your activity, see patterns in your workflow, and understand how you’re using the platform. You’ll find these insights under Call Analytics, located in your profile menu (top right). Your dashboard updates automatically based on the date range you select.

Analytics Explained

Time to Schedule:

The average time between when a call is requested and when it is scheduled. This metric only applies when call requests require manual approval. If you have Auto-Accept Call Requests turned on, calls are scheduled instantly and this metric will appear as zero.

Time to Screen:

"Time to screen" is a metric that measures the duration between the scheduled time for a call and the actual beginning of that call.

Call Duration:

Measures the average duration of a call based on date range.

Time to Submit:

The 'Time to Submit' measures how long it takes after a call ends to create a shareable link (candidate presentation). *This time frame only captures the first highlight that is created after a call.

Time to Review:

"Time to Review" signifies the duration between the creation of a candidate link and when someone clicks on it for review.

Statistics

  • Calls by Date: Number of calls per month.

  • Call Minutes: Total minutes used per month.

  • Calls by Type: Number of scheduled vs. unscheduled calls.

  • Call Types by Date: Number of scheduled vs. unscheduled calls per month.

  • Calls: Number of calls completed by you.

  • Average Call Duration: Average duration of calls.

  • Presentation Links by Type: Number of candidate presentations vs. job previews created.

  • Presentation Links: Number of candidate presentations vs. job previews created per month.
