Scheduling an Interview
Candidates receive a scheduling link, branded with your company information.
They choose a date and time from your availability, enter in the required information and schedule a call.

A confirmation email is sent automatically, along with reminder emails leading up to the interview.
The email includes clear instructions on how to join the call (candidates can dial in or join via browser on their phone or computer).
They can easily reschedule or cancel if needed.
If they run into any issues, they can contact Honeit Support directly.

Joining the Interview
At the scheduled time, candidates simply dial in using the conference number in the email notification, or click "Join Call" to join through their browser.
No apps or downloads are required.
They can use either their computer or phone to join.
Candidates enter their name, adjust mic or video settings as needed, then click "Join Now" (as seen below).
Upon joining, candidates automatically hear a verbal disclaimer that the call is being recorded.
Candidates can opt out of the recording at any time.
Candidate Experience on Video Interviews
Candidates can blur their background, add a virtual background, turn off their camera or mute themselves during video interviews.
If video is enabled or required, they will see the interviewer on the screen (as seen below).
Candidates do not see or have access to the interview dashboard used by Honeit users during the call.
