How to Create and Filter Call Guides in Workspaces

Call guides are one of the core tools in Honeit. They help you structure and standardize your interviews. If your account uses Workspaces to manage different teams or brands, you can now take this a step further by organizing your call guides within those Workspaces. This means each Workspace can have its own dedicated set of guides and you can filter your library to find exactly what you need, fast.

It's important to create your call guides in the right Workspace from the start. This is what allows you to filter and organize them properly later.

Creating a call guide in a Workspace

Before creating a call guide, make sure you've switched into the correct Workspace first. A guide is automatically assigned to whichever Workspace is active at the time of creation.

Filtering call guides by Workspace

Once your guides are set up in the right Workspace, you can filter your call guide library to show only the guides that belong to your current Workspace. Each guide will also display the Workspace icon next to it for easy identification.

What if a guide ended up in the wrong Workspace?

Call guides cannot be moved after they've been created. If a guide is in the wrong place, the workaround is to clone it:

  1. Switch into the correct Workspace

  2. Find the guide you want to copy

  3. Clone it: the cloned version will be assigned to your current Workspace

  4. Delete the original if needed

Best practice

Always double-check which Workspace you're in before creating a call guide. A little setup upfront saves a lot of cleanup later!
