Custom call guides empower recruiters to perform req-specific or technical phone screens.
Once a call guide is added to your library, it will be available for use in the interview dashboard when screening candidates.
How to Create Call Guides:
➡️ Start by navigating to "Manage" → "Call Guides" in your Honeit dashboard.
Click "+Create Call Guide." This will bring up a menu.
There are four ways to add call guides to your account:
Manually create call guides
Choose the "Create a Custom Call Guide" option
Manually add your questions, name your call guide and click save.
Use AI to generate call guides using Job Descriptions. Here's how!
Choose the "Generate a Call Guide with AI" option
Paste the Job Description in the box and choose the number of questions to be generated.
Request a call guide
Choose the "Request a Guide" option and send the link to a hiring manager or client.
You can also import call guides from your team library.
Go to "Team Library" and click "Add" next to the guides you want to import into your own library.
