When "Auto Accept" Call Requests is toggled off, call requests must be approved by you before they are scheduled and added to your calendar. You will receive a notification when a call is requested by a candidate using your scheduling link.
This setting can be found under Scheduling β Call Settings.
*We recommend that you keep Auto-Accept Call Requests toggled on for a more efficient candidate scheduling process.
When a call request is made
Candidates receive an email notification confirming that their request for an interview with you has been sent and that they will receive further instructions once it is approved by you.
You will also receive an email notification with the details of the request. Click "View Request" or navigate to your Honeit dashboard to see all call requests awaiting your confirmation.
At this time you can:
Confirm and accept the requested date/time of the call.
Choose a different day or time for the call (manually chosen by you). This will give you the option to send a message to the candidate along with the email notification that they will receive.
Request that the candidate chooses a new date and time as this slot no longer works for you. Choosing this option will bring up a dialog with a pre-written message that you can send to the candidates requesting a new date/time for this call by using your scheduling link. Doing this will delete the current request.
