While you cannot delete, extract, or omit specific segments within an audio highlight, you can adjust the start and end times of audio clips to exclude certain portions of the call. This may require creating two or more separate clips to cover the desired content without including the unwanted segments. Please note that the adjusted highlights will include everything between the selected start and end times in the candidate presentation.

Each audio clip has a start and end time which is captured during the interview. These start and end times correspond to the "start highlight" and "stop highlight" actions that were taken during the call. However, they can be modified to reflect your preferred start and end times once the call has ended.

Here's how:

After you complete a call, simply click into the Start or End time of your audio clips and enter your preferred timestamp.

Tip: You can determine the start/end time of your audio files by using the recording of the call at the top of the page.

For example, if I want my audio clip to begin at 03:36 instead of 03:47, I will simply click into the Start Time and change it.
