Redirect After Booking

Send candidates to an external link after they schedule.

When someone books a call through one of your Honeit scheduling links, they see Honeit’s default confirmation screen. If you’d like to send them somewhere else, such as your company’s thank you page, careers site or a next-steps page, you can add a redirect URL to the link. This works for both personal and project scheduling links.

Before you start

The redirect URL points to a page outside of Honeit. Honeit doesn’t create or host this page for you, so it needs to already exist and be live on your company’s website (or another site you manage) before you add it here. If you don’t have a page ready yet, check with your web or marketing team to have one set up first.

How to set a redirect URL

  1. Open your personal or project scheduling link settings.

  2. Scroll down to the After Scheduling section.

  3. In the Redirect URL field, enter the full web address of your page (for example, https://yourcompany.com/thank-you).

  4. Save your changes.

After someone schedules a call through that link, they’ll go straight to your page and won’t see Honeit’s confirmation screen.

Good to know

  • The redirect URL is optional. Leave the field blank to keep Honeit’s default confirmation screen.

  • The redirect only changes what people see after booking. Calendar invites and confirmation emails still go out as usual.

  • Each scheduling link has its own setting, so you can use a different page for each link. For example, a project link could send candidates to a page about that role, while your personal link goes to your company’s general thank you page.

  • Enter the complete URL, including https://.

  • If the page is moved, renamed or taken down, people will land on a broken page after booking. Update or clear the redirect URL if your page changes.

  • We recommend booking a test call through the link to make sure the page loads correctly.
