Introducing Honeit to Your Network

Boilerplate messages to introduce Honeit to candidates and clients.

When rolling out Honeit to your workflow, you may want to let your candidates, hiring managers, and clients know how the platform works and why you are using it.

Below are boilerplate messages you can copy, paste, and customize for your ATS email sequences, scheduling templates, or client submittals.

1. Candidate-Facing: Interview Invitations

Add this to your initial scheduling emails. This phrasing sets expectations and reassures candidates that the audio recording is an advantage designed to let their true voice and expertise shine.

To ensure I can focus entirely on our conversation instead of typing notes, we use an interview platform called Honeit. This tool records and transcribes our discussion, allowing me to share short audio highlights of your best answers directly with the hiring team. It is a great way to let your expertise and communication skills stand out in your own voice.

2. Hiring Manager / Client-Facing: Candidate Submittals

Include this paragraph when submitting candidates for review. It explains why they are receiving audio clips instead of lengthy written notes and highlights the friction-free experience.

To give you a faster and more accurate read on candidate capabilities, each presentation will now feature short audio highlights from my screening calls. Instead of relying on lengthy notes, simply click the play buttons to hear the candidate’s exact responses to key questions. There is no login or account required, the clips play seamlessly in any web browser.

3. General Boilerplate: Email Footers & FAQs

Use this short blurb in your company’s FAQ documents, standard email signatures, or general process overviews to explain the value of interview intelligence.

About Our Interview Process: We partner with Honeit, an interview intelligence platform, to capture and share the most valuable moments from our screening calls. By sharing short audio highlights, we accelerate the feedback loop and allow candidates to showcase their true skills directly to hiring managers.

Tip: Save these snippets as macros or quick-replies in your email client (like Gmail or Outlook) or directly within your Applicant Tracking System for easy access during your daily workflow.
