Honeit can attach a PDF copy of a call’s assigned call guide to your reminder emails. You’ll have your questions and talking points ready for review before the call starts, without needing to log in to Honeit.
This is an account-wide setting. Once it’s turned on, it applies to all of your calls that have a call guide assigned, including calls that use a project’s default call guide. There’s nothing to set up on individual calls.
How to turn it on
Go to Account Preferences.
Find the Email Notifications section.
Turn on Attach call’s assigned call guide to email reminders.
Your changes save automatically.
Good to know
The call guide is only sent to you. Candidates, additional guests and anyone else on the call will never receive it.
The PDF is attached for any call with a call guide, whether it was assigned to the call directly or comes from the project’s default call guide. Calls without a call guide will send reminders as usual, with no attachment.
The call guide is attached to every reminder email sent to you for that call.
To get the attachment, your email reminders for calls also need to be turned on in the same section.
To stop attaching call guides, turn the setting off. This applies to all of your calls.
