Sync your Recruit CRM account with Honeit to ensure seamless candidate data sharing between the two platforms.
Please note that this is currently a one-way integration; from Honeit to RCRM. You cannot export data from RCRM to Honeit at this time.
First, create an API token in Recruit CRM
Log in to Recruit CRM as an admin for your organization
Go to Admin Settings
Navigate to API & Integrations Section
Click on Copy next to your API Token to copy it to you your clipboard
Admins may only have access to these settings. If you do not have access to this scree, please ask your admin for the token.
Next, log into Honeit and click on "Integrations" under your account profile.
Paste the API token you copied here and click Submit.
Choose your export settings.
Once the integration is established, Click Edit and choose your export settings.
Automatic option will auto-export candidate and interview data from Honeit into RCRM.
Manual option requires users to use the export to RCRM buttons to push candidate and interview data from Honeit into RCRM .
How to Manually Export Data from Honeit to Recruit CRM
If you've opted out of the auto-export settings in your integration, you can choose to manually export contact/candidate information or call details.
From the candidate profile, click "Export Contact Details" and choose Recruit CRM.
This will export candidate name, email, phone number, location, resume and skill tags.
From the Call's tab, click "Export Call Details," then choose Recruit CRM.
From the Call details page, click "Export" then, choose Recruit CRM.
