You can now create instant presentations from your interviews. Here's how:
1. Conduct an Interview
Schedule your interview as usual and use Honeit to conduct the call.
Capture audio highlights during the call. These will be automatically saved for later use in the presentation.
2. Create an Instant Presentation 🪄
After the interview is complete and the call has finished transcribing, click the green "Create Presentation" button and choose "Instant Presentation Link."
A candidate presentation will be generated instantly! It will include:
Audio highlights captured on the call
AI generated interview summary
Any relevant candidate information
The presentation is fully editable—so feel free to tweak any details before sharing.
3. Edit the Instant Presentation if Needed
Once the instant presentation is generated, you can easily make edits by clicking the "Edit Link" in the blue header. This will take you to the customization page, where you can tweak and personalize the content to your liking before sharing it with your team.
4. Share the Presentation
Once you’re happy with the candidate presentation, it’s ready to be shared instantly with your team. Copy, slack, embed or email the link to your stakeholders.
Optional: Regular Presentation Creation
If you'd like more control from the start, you can always use the regular "Create Presentation Link" option, which guides you through the customization page, allowing you to make adjustments before saving and generating the presentation.
Important Notes: How Instant Presentations Work
To ensure the Instant Presentation feature functions correctly, please keep the following in mind:
Your account must have AI enabled for the instant presentation feature to be available.
The call must include audio highlights captured during the interview.
The transcription of the call must be completed before the presentation can be generated.
The summary of audio highlights must also be finished (you must have the "Auto-summarize Call Highlights" toggled on under your settings for this option).
