How To Sync Your Recruit CRM Account With Honeit

If you have a Honeit account, you can sync it to Recruit CRM by using your Recruit CRM API credentials.

To get your API credentials, log into your Recruit CRM account and click on "Admin Settings" on the left menu bar. Enable API Token and copy the token. See image below:

Admins may only have access to these settings. If you do not have access to this scree, please ask your admin for the token.

After that, log into your Honeit account and click on "Integrations" in the menu under your profile image. In the Integrations Page, scroll down to the Recruit CRM section and enter your Recruit CRM token and your Recruit CRM email. Click "Connect to Recruit CRM". See image below:

Once your Honeit account is sync'd with Recruit CRM. You can automatically set your call data to automatically uploaded after a completed call. See image below:

Enable "Auto-export candidate and call data when call has completed." to automatically update a Recruit CRM candidate (based on email) once a call is completed. If the candidate does not exist on Recruit CRM, a new candidate will be created. If this option is disabled, you may manually export the candidate in the call details page.

Enable "Export contact when a call is scheduled." to automatically update a Recruit CRM candidate (based on email) once a candidate is scheduled for a call on Honeit. If the candidate does not exist on Recruit CRM, a new candidate will be created.
