Honeit admins can schedule, cancel or re-assign calls for their team members. These tasks can be done under the Delegate Scheduler tab in the admin menu.
To re-assign an upcoming call to another team member:
- Click on the "Re-assign Upcoming Call" tab 
- Select an upcoming call 
- Select the new team member that you want to assign the call to 
- Choose date/time 
To schedule a new call for another team member:
- Click on the "Schedule New Call" tab 
- Select a team member to assign the call 
- Enter the candidate's contact information (name, email) 
- Choose date/time information 
- Click "Schedule Call" 
To cancel an existing call:
- Click on the "Cancel a Call" tab 
- Select the call to cancel 
Please note that both team members and candidates will receive email notifications when changes are made by the admin.
