If you'd like to save your calls outside of Honeit, it's easy to download or export a call in Word DOC, PDF, TXT, or RTF formats.

Once the transcript has finished processing, just click the 'export call' button and choose your preferred document format.

In the export call dropdown, you can also copy the 'export link' and paste it into the notes section of your ATS, CRM, or system of record.
