How to add a contact and/or a call to a project

Sometimes a candidate books a call outside of a project scheduling link, but you still want them (and their call) assigned to a project. No problem! You can retroactively add contacts and calls to any project.

*Please note that contacts can be associated with more than one project.

➕ How to add a CONTACT to a project

Option 1: From the Contact Profile

  1. Open the contact’s profile.

  2. Select the Projects tab.

  3. Create or add contact to an existing project.

Option 2: From Project Settings

  1. Go to the project.

  2. Click Add Contact.

  3. Select an existing contact.

➕ How to add a CALL to a Project

  • If a call has already been completed with a contact, navigate to the interview you want to add to a project.

  • From the call details page, click on "Assign to Project."

  • Choose or create the project.

  • Click on "Assign" and choose "Assign Contact & Call."

❌ How to remove a contact from a Project

  • Navigate to the project.

  • Find the contact you want to remove.

  • Choose "Remove" from the dropdown list.
