After any interview, you’ll now see an Ask Howie button on the call details page. This lets you ask quick questions about the call and get instant insights, powered by the interview transcript.

What Is Agent Howie?

Agent Howie is a simple way to surface intelligence from your interviews. Instead of re-listening to the entire call, you can type a question and get an answer in seconds.

Why Use Agent Howie?

  • Save time reviewing calls.

  • Get quick answers without replaying audio.

  • Stay focused on conversations while letting Honeit handle the details.

Pro Tip: Use Agent Howie to prep for hiring manager debriefs or to double-check details before sending candidate presentations.

How to Use Agent Howie

  1. Go to the Call Details page after an interview.

  2. Click the "Ask Howie" button.

  3. Type your question, such as:

    • What were the candidate’s compensation expectations?

    • Does the candidate have frontend experience?

    • What tools did the candidate mention using?

  4. Get a quick response right away.

Best Practices

  • Use Agent Howie for fact-checking details or pulling out specifics from a conversation.

  • It works with any Honeit call that has a transcript.

  • Think of it as a helpful assistant that saves you time digging through transcripts.

What NOT to Use Agent Howie For

Agent Howie is not a decision-making tool. It should not replace your own judgment, notes, or scorecards when evaluating candidates. Always keep humans in the loop when making hiring decisions.
